On Monday...I fell hard for a coat with ruffles worn by Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf. It has been ions since I had a serious coat lemming.
The dream coat is from Moschino Fall 2008 collection.
I promised Scenthive via twitter that I would hunt this coat down.
