Need Kitty Vibes

I need to ask for some prayers and positive vibes to be sent my way.
My beloved kitty, Miss Zelda, aka Zellie Belly, is having surgery this morning.
She is having two tumors removed.
I am hoping that she is cancer free and that she comes through the surgery.

Here some Zelda tidbits:

1. I have known Zellie since her birth. She was the runt of a litter of 5. I would make sure she got her turn during feedings. This meddling has made her the size of a tank.

2. If you are her facebook friend....then you know she has a great passion for politics and is a spider hunter.

3. She knows how to open...and CLOSE the fridge.

4. She is a tortie. Her parents are street cats that adopted us. The thug blood runs deep. She beats up her sister, Zowie Bowie, quite often.

Hug your fur babies close today!
I am hoping to be back tomorrow in good spirits.

My prayers are with you. I lost my beloved cat a few years back very suddenly to renal failure so I know how you are feeling. I'll say some prayers for your cat today.

  14. Annie, my thoughts and prayers are with you and Miss Zelda. Went through this ordeal this last three weeks with my beloved great dane, Solomon. We just got the news on Friday, 8/27 that he does not have cancer. He lost part of a foot but all will be well. God knows how we love them.

My dog had cancer 6 years ago, cured and is lounging around looking fat and happy at 15 years.

  36. Update: Z is finally back home. It has been a rough and stressful weekend. The pain patch is 10x more potent than morphine. So she is having a hard time walking. That is heartbreaking to see.

However...she is eating and using the litter box. So that is promising. We take her back to the vet on Tuesday to change her dressing and remove the patch. We also hope to have the cancer results. Keep Z in your thoughts.

Thanks again for all the positive comments. I have been neglectful of this blog due to this and other stresses. I hope to get back on track soon.

I miss everyone and dishing on beauty. There is something about lippies, glitter and perfume that can soothe the soul and make things seem better.

Have a great weekend and thanks again!
    Annie and Miss Zelda
