I agree, she had one of the best figures ever, and great comic timing. I just bought a red wool vintage jacket - shawl collar, white buttons, 3/4 sleeves. The second I took it off the rack I thought, this is so Doris it hurts.
Doris Day had such great style. She does not get the fashion press that she deserves.
