Hi P! Catherine looks like she is in Marc Jacobs instead of YSL. This outfit looks like something Sofia Coppola would wear. I am a sucker for flats and cool coats.
And I'm a sucker for Marc Jacobs and Catherine Deneuve!
I'm glad to see flats back in style, but sort of weirded out by it because I kind of liked not being in style with mine! In a quirky 'she dresses so oddly' sort of way, if you know what I mean! LOL!
I went Salvation Army shopping in Connecticut this weekend. Sad to say, no coats for a midget like myself. I found some stunning vintage coats for $12 each...for a much taller woman. Curses.
I am sorry Miss Tbone! I hate when I find a stunning vintage coat and it does not fit me. So painful...I might have a coat that would look fab on you. It is red cashmere and tiny. Hmmmm...let me see what size it is. It would be fab on you!!!!
Pats, not even a tailor could remedy the giantess placement of the pockets, and the coat I was in love with was just too precisely structured to tinker with. (There would have been lots of fussing with many shaping seams.) Still, now I am fantasizing about traveling to Asia again and this time getting a whole wardrobe custom made in Hong Kong...

Tania, it would almost be worth taking them to a tailor at those prices!
