I need to take you to a store in SoHo called "Deco Jewels" where the vintage bakelite bags are in pristine condition and the prices are like a month's rent. But to look at them is to step back in history. You may never see a collection like this store has, all in one place, ever. I think the entire store should just move to the Costume Institute!
Hi M: I have no opinion on the royal wedding. I thought she looked like she wanted to bolt. It made me think of Wallis. She really never wanted to be the wife. She enjoyed the perks of being the mistress. They always looked in misery in later photographs. Chuck looked happy as a clam. She looked like she made a mistake. This is just my opinion. A vibe I got.
