On June 9th the cast of the Breakfast Club will be on the MTV Movie Awards. There is no final committment from Mr Estevez but everyone else will be there. A band called Yellowcard will be performing the theme song. NIN will also be a musical guest. I will be watching this year! I just recently re-watched the Breakfast Club when I visited Mary's friend Jane. I forgot how good it was. We were so lucky to have these great movies being made while we were growing up. I loved Sixteen Candles, Better off Dead, Some Kind of Wonderful, Pretty in Pink, Say Anything and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I consider myself very lucky to have grown up with these movies.

My parents wouldn't let me watch PG movies until I was, like, 17, so I didn't get to see any of these until COLLEGE. Can you imagine how deprived I was?
About Better Off Dead, I can only say one thing: Twooooo doooollaaaaars....
T:I swear Better Off Dead is the best of all of them!
I am not surprised your mother deprived you. She is my mothers twin. My mother refused to let me see the miniseries Lace on television. I finally saw it...last year on lifetime. It felt naughty. LOL
Mel: I just read that Trent pulled out. What the heck is happening at MTV? I am guessing they are worried about advertisers. That sucks because I really wanted to see Trent perform. I guess I have to wait for the tour. BTW: Foo Fighters took over the spot.
David must be very happy because he has let himself go a little. I think Taylor(drummer) still looks like a little imp. Love the floppy hair. It will always be my weakness. Boys with the floppy hair.
I LOVED Trents quote. He makes me proud to love him. I will have to burn you the CD it is magnificent!!!
Oh, God. Those movies take me back to my "Idiot" days!
*shudder*
