Doctor Zhivago's influence on fall fashion. I have always loved this still from the movie. I have read that the ice inside the estate was recreated by wax. On film it was just beautiful. A castle made of ice. Posted by Picasa

How very Willy Wonka--only in Willy Wonka it was a palace made of Chocolate.
I love Dr. Zhivago. Shariff is so sexy!
Have you seen "Don't Look Now" with Julie Christie? It is scary--takes place in Venice. Beautiful cinematography, and Julie's wardrobe is to die for.
Hugs Annie!

That is exquisite! Imagine a bit of LV Teint de Neige to go with that sight.

Hope you are well, Annie.

Paris: I have never seen that Julie Christie movie. I really should get online movie service.
Hugs back J!

Barb: I have never smelled that fragrance. I will have to investigate it the next time I am in NYC.
I hope you are well B! Hugs to you and Mr Astro.
