Call the store and ask for the phone number to the local district manager. Call and express your displeasure to her/him. They might call the manager and order her to accept the return. Always go higher when it comes to returns. If you do not like what the manager says...ask for the district manager etc etc.
It works. Trust me. I worked retail for years.

Anthropolie has awesome apparell
