This is a scene from the new adaption of Pride and Prejudice. I am not thrilled with the casting of Elizabeth. I will give her a chance and go see the movie. I can not resist Pride and Prejudice. (I can not remember where I located this picture but it is hotlinked in the corner. The site is great and worth visiting!)

I actually think Keira Knightly works well as Elizabeth. The Darcy casting bothers me, however. Matthew MacFadyen doesn't match my idea of Darcy at all.

Again? But why? I am a fuddy-duddy anyway. The BBC version was a million times more faithful to the book and I still preferred the kooky MGM version because of Olivier as Darcy.
