Inspired by Katie's rose fragrance post on the blog Seldom Nice Nowdays: My personal favorite is the discontinued 2000 et une Rose by Lancome. Notes are dune rose, musk rose, bulgarian rose, amber, musk and vanilla. It also has a great note of pepper. It has great lasting power and makes you swoon. I cherish my bottle like it is a fine gem.

Somebody on MUA told me that it's available for a small fortune (over 200 euros) at the Lancome boutique in Paris. I am avoiding it like the plague. I just got my 1/4 oz. bottle of Mitsouko parfum and am already plotting to get more. I don't need another craving I have to go to Paris to satisfy, LOL!
Robin is the one who found out it was being sold at the Lancome boutique. I am hoping to get my hands on more soon. When I do I really do promise to make samples. This is a fragrance that I rarely share. Now that I know there is more being made...I might loosen my clench on the bottle. LOL
I will remember all three of you when that time comes. Promise!
