Blogdorf Goodman is a mishmash of beauty product reviews, musings on fashion and swooning over fragrances.

This is the first designer that truly made me think the bubble skirt was lovely and lemming worthy. Look at that stunning duchesse satin skirt! The cut, pleating, folding and drapery on the pieces were mindboggling impressive. Style.com stated that she was compared to Charles James. I can think of no words to top that compliment. She proved that she is worthy of that compliment with this collection. I hope I did not make anyone sick with my gushing. I promise not to gush again until the Galliano show. Posted by Picasa

Gosh Annie--this outfit is lovely. I think she needs just a splash of color though.

You really are attracting the spammers! I wonder if Blogger has some sort of spam blocker? ACK!

I saw a bubble skirt in H&M that was very close to this, with a heavyweight sateen cotton in a silvery bluish dove-grey. I was so close to buying it—with my blue-and-silver sequined ballet flats, it looked hilariously over-the-top, Sex-and-the-City overstyled New York fashionista. I sort of regret it now, actually, but the skirt is all sold out!

I wanted a bubble skirt so bad in the 80's!

Tania: Do not do that again. The skirt sounds so damn fab that I must slap you silly the next time I see you.
