Elsie Katz Spring 2006 RTW Collection: I generally do not pay attention to the LA shows. I find they all just seem to create dresses that are only fit to be worn by Paris Hilton.
Kinda slut-ish in a very frothy way.
The Elsie Katz show broke from this LA norm and had some fine fashion hollywood inspired moments.
This ice blue dress is worthy of Harlow.

I love it! Wonder who would look good in it on the red carpet...it certainly works for blondes. I'm thinking Charlize Theron, or maybe the girl from Lost, Maggie Grace...
