Koosh ball.

Fashion is having one of those weird moments again, isn't it? LOL.

Though I rather like a pom-pom fringe. I have a velvet jacket from the late 1940s trimmed with pom-poms and it's spiffy.

It was very Rosalind Russell in the Women. My teacher(I was her pet and obsessed with the class) was so excited when I chose it. I researched the heck out of that hat. I was consumed. LOL
