Wow. When you said "bubble dress" up top, I thought, "yeah, right, another totally unwearable weird dress." But this is gorgeous! Like always, you nail what is best about it: that incredible color.
I agree with Campase--this is beautiful--this piece alone may bring the bubble dress to the masses. Seriously this could be a very cute cocktail dress that anyone could wear.
