This weekend I was lucky to catch Nine Inch Nails in concert.
The show was amazing as expected. He still has the energy and passion he had when I saw him in the early 90's. My personal favorites from the show were Reptile and Love is not Enough. He had me at those songs along with ending the night without an encore. I hate begging for an encore.

The opening acts were the impressive Autolux (the drummer was one of the best we had ever seen) and Queens of the Stone Age. I enjoyed both acts along with the music played before the show started. They played some old Devo, Gary Newman and one song that I adore...that I do not know the name of. I am afraid I will never identify it. The lyrics go like this..."And it feels so real...I can't help it".
Thats all I got.
If anyone can identify it please put me out of my misery.

On a final note I got to spend some time with my friend Christine (astheclevercrowflies) before the show. She looked fab as always and it was great catching up with her even if it was for a brief moment.

My concert going blitz will end this year on a fairly high note. It looks like I will see Bauhaus in NYC in November. I have the plane ticket and hopefully the hotel arrangements will be finalized tomorrow.

It was so great to see you, too! (I don't get back home enough.) You also looked fab - love the pink coat!

The show was AMAZING. On a realatively juvenile note, remember the first bottle Trent threw because he was pissed at the crew? It slid right to our feet and now I own it. LOL! (No, I didn't drink the remaining water. Who knows where Trent has been?)

That is hilarious C.
He has a short fuse.
BTW: Can you believe how buff he got? I hope he does not go overboard and start looking like Danzig.

I said to Brian: "Little Trent has gone and grown up!"

The scary thing is Danzig is 50 years old! He doesn't age.

But Danzig keeps getting bigger. He needs to lay off the weights.

Trent looked very good.
His arms were impressive.
