This is the silhouette of the second, it seems. Tailored short feminine jacket, what looks like a circle skirt flared past the knees, high heels. I keep seeing it on the hip girls on the train.
Love the obi-style cummerbund. But...the strap over the shoulder reminds me of a seatbelt.
