I had to come back and look at it again. This is the unholy alliance of an air cleaner filter and a pair of snow boots.

I was loving those boots until you said this. It does look like an air filter. Here I was all gooey eyed and thinking it was fortuny-ish. Damn Lagerfeld for hypnotizing me with the pleats. He truly is evil.
