It is close, Annie, but check out the shaping at the top edge of the bodice on Kelly's dress. It dips in the middle. That is a more flattering line than the straight-across one that Newton's appears to be. It is much more challenging in construction to do the Kelly-style. I think lots of times that the straight-across style makes boobs appear flat and droopy and smashed. But it's a 'lazy' technique for some designers. All this being said, it's just my opinion, nothing more.
