Horrid. The eye makeup looks like it's migrated onto the lower lids...like I said on my blog, it reminds me of a 1980's ad exec who's had too many martinis at lunch. Harsh and not pretty.
ITA with The Addict. That matte lip is dated and unflattering. Those smutty eyes look like the results of a three-day binge of some sort.
I actually like the return of the deep red lips and dark eyeliner in some settings..its a very retro look if you are doing a vintage style fashion shiit. But the smudgy eye makeup looks exactly what was previously said...but add a grave illness to it.
