Oh wow - I wonder if this was one of the fashion photos that Richard Avedon took? It looks very much like the others I've seen that he took from that era, (he did some models in Fath, so I'm more familiar with those due to my own personal bias for all things Fath) and I know he shot pics of several designers' work. I'm sure you or one of your readers could probably correct me if I'm mistaken!
