J is so right about the puppet show. It makes me think of something you'd see a "visitor" to Mister Roger's Land of Make-Believe wearing.

I loved King Friday and Lady Abilene and the kitty cat that lived in the tree or the clock or someother random place that kitties do not really live.
What was that kitty cat's name?
The kitty(Henrietta?) was my FAVORITE. They would rarely feature her so it was always such an exciting thing when she was on. I *think* she lived in the clock next door to the owl in the tree.
(I was also a picture page nut!)
There were tow kitties!
I think Daniel lived in the clock. I need to google this up.

YES YES Melvis--Daniel was the one I was thinking of. I loved when he would say Mwow Mwow I love to eat cookies Mwow Mwow. He would always start and end his sentences with Mwow Mwow! ((((Daniel, Henrietta, Fred Rogers)).
Mister Rogers was such a special human being.

Mwow Mwow Melanie you mwow mwow make me laugh! Steve from Blue's Clue's is the poor man's Fred Rogers!
I know it is spelled Meow Meow...but the voice of the kitty was so sweet and cute and nasal it just sounded like mwow mwow. I loved that show!
I was inspired by this conversation to do a tribute on my blog.
Its sweet.
