Attention perfume fanatics:
Now...I do not want chaos or mass pandemonium but several Jars have just popped up on Ebay. The Jars are Golconda and Jarling.
The last time I visited NYC I spent some time in the Jar boutique in Bergdorf Goodman. The SA was very dashing and charming. He made the simple testing decadent and slightly naughty. Of course I was hooked by the experience.
The Jar fragrances are works of art. You marvel at their drydowns. I sat there and shouted out potential notes while the SA smiled a mysterious "I know the notes and you do not" smile. I want to buy each and every one of these scents and just figure out their compositions. These are the type of perfumes that make you want to open a lab and spend your day breaking their code.
I am not going to bid on these auctions because I am an ebay virgin. Feel free to bid and let me know if you win. I will then beg you to spend your days figuring out the notes.

Oh, boy - if the perfumistas all get wind of this, they will be sold at a lot MORE than the original price!
I have only ever tried Golconda - the deepest, most wonderfully intense clove carnation imaginable. However, I will not be bidding - gotta pay rent.... ;-)

I LOVE the blog name, cute. I have just started a little site about perfume that I hope to be adding to over time. Probably won't be as nice as yours though.
