La Mer The Treatment Fluid Foundation Review
My new holy grail foundation. It has offically kicked my precious Chantecaille to the curb.
I fell under its spell on Monday. I was not in the market for a new foundation. I was satisfied with my Chantecaille. I had given up on the dream of a perfect shade with coverage that managed to hide flaws yet appear light and natural on the skin. Can you tell I dream big?
La Mer's The Treatment Fluid Foundation took me by surprise and knocked me to the ground. I was a convert after the first dab.
The thing that slayed me about this product is the staying power. No foundation lasts longer than this bottle. I have played the field. I have dabbled in high end foundation and crossed the tracks and flirted with drugstore. After a full hellish day at work my makeup looks fresh and perfect. No touchups. No fiddling. It is a foundation miracle. Huge rave from me and Cavewoman.
Blogdorf is smitten.

Cavewoman adds a big fat rave for this new product from Lauder. When I saw Shawn applying this foundation to Annie's face, I had to try it too. It is simply superb. I don't feel the least bit guilty about being disloyal to the La Prairie. I can't imagine reaching for anything else, that's how good the new La Mer is!
Oooh, I will have to try and get my hands on this now. Thanks a lot. ;)
I was thinking, June should be foundation month. We should all blog about that.
this sounds like true love, A. And, having benefited from a cavewoman foundation tutorial recently, I'm paying serious attention to her endorsement. Has anyone ordered directly from their site? I was thinking about going that route, especially if I can get sample shades somehow. xoxo
)))P(((
Carla: It is a great idea. I might need a mini break after mascara month. I have really dropped the ball on this one. I have been scatterbrained and not focused.
M: Write to the site and see if they have a sample program. They might be kind and send you some.(crosses fingers)
If not...ask for the Saks SA to make you a sample. They have sample jars to do this. I am not sure if this is done at every Saks.
Interesting note: Patti and I are wearing the same shade...and we do not have similiar colouring.
BTW:2000 et une Rose is out!!!!! I really should learn its new name.LOL
