If you'll excuse me, I better go to the powder moon. I mean room. Fix my lipstick.

Rock the Gloss Challenge Day Three: Pillow Talk by Nars.
A lovely shade of azaela pink. Nars glosses have the most ideal texture. They are non sticky with no gritty feeling. Nars glosses are also highly pigmented.
Stop by your local Nars counter to check out the glosses and the new blush called Oasis or peek online at the Nars site, Drugstore.com or the trusty Sephora.
What is your lippie today?

I love Nars glosses! So many are pretty but sticky and Nars is never sticky & has great colors too.
Today, no gloss. I've been helping my folks clean up after their flood. I really need a clean smelling perfume too!!
.Annie said that we were supposed to use a different gloss every day, but she didn't say we couldn't buy new ones! I live in a small town (rural Ohio) and the nearest city is Lima. The Macy's there has Clinique, Lancome, Estee Lauder, & Elizabeth Arden. So I don't have too many "exotic" brands. But today I bought & wore
Elizabeth Arden Double Intrigue Lipcolor in "Pink Sun". It has a lipstick on one end and gloss on the other. The lipstick is a very flattering medium pink, but the gloss is why I bought it. It's spectacular! Pink w/ teeny tiny gold flecks in it. I saw it in Allure a few months back and everywhere else I went was out. The store had been holding it for me for two weeks 'cause I was waiting for the GWP. If not for the GWP, I would have been back at Estee Lauder, I want another High Gloss, in Pearl! I am hooked on the smell.
Oh, goody, a gloss series! How fun!
I am wearing Burt's Bee's lip balm in Rhubarb today. It is quite therapeutic but it is also a very nice, natural color and smooth, not sticky. It comes a lot of very pretty shades too.
pattyg: Thanks P! I owe it all to my beauty editor.
That lippies sounds great. Perfect for a smokey eye.
Love Pillow Talk. That one is my personal favorite.
Tussah: I think it is the most comfortable gloss. I am a big fan. I wish they would launch more.
I am sorry to hear about the flooding. I hope the rain tonight in ytown does not head your way.
Hugs C!
MissMelissa: Is this North Lima?
Cavewoman and I hail from Youngstown.
That Arden pink sounds lovely. I am also hooked on the Lauder glosses. Lets hope they come out with more colors!!!!
PrincessVince: These are worthy of a test at your local Nars counter. They are pretty fab. My personal favorite is Foul Play. A great pinky nude.
Flora: My goal is to do all my lipsticks and glosses. We shall see if I can pull it off!
The Burts Bee sounds great. I bet that is a great color!
MissMelissa: I've changed my name to MissTomFord! That way nobody gets confused. Yes, the Lima you're speaking of is correct! The Elder-Beermans isn't too bad for a small town. They just had a Lancome event with an esthetician that gave facials and their "Resurface Peel" (It wasn't nearly as nice as the one I went to the month before at the Huber Heights El-Bee) but it was the same girl, and she's fantastic! I got her card, her name is Sandra Thompson, she has her own shop in Indianapolis,IN. The Macys' in Lima is also pretty hip, Estee Lauder had an event with a national makeup artist named Alex who was from Chicago, he was great. They even had the Tom Ford line there! couldn't believe it! Lima Mall is my local "HotSpot" It was a secret, but I guess I'll share it with you guys:)
I live about 30 min from Lima and about 20 min from Defiance. I grew up in Dayton, but I moved up here with my mom in high school. Then I moved back to Dayton when I graduated, but I came back here about two years ago to be close to my mom. I'm in the middle of nowhere! I saw this site in ALLURE and I'm so thankful that I did. When I seen where Annie was blogging out of of, I got right on it! This is such a cool site, and I checked out all of the ones in the article. (I also love MakeUpAlley to check out reviews) This is the BEST one and my fav:) Not bad for a girl from Ohio, Annie, not bad at all:)
Oops! I forgot about my lip gloss! Nothing special, just Patricia Wexler No-Injection Lip Plumper. I love it:) It doesn't sting or irritate the mouth the way some of "plumpers" do. It does make them a little numb, which I kinda like. I haven't noticed any real plumping. But on my mom, it does smooth out her lips and the little lines on them. I use it just like lip balm, it leaves them soft & smooth with a bit of shine. I always use it right before bed. I bought a whole bunch when they were on sale for $5 at B&BW!
Miss Tom Ford: Are you far from ytown? We should do a meet up. We meet up in Cleveland every few weeks to do beauty product shopping. If you are ever interested email me.
Ytown has the same counters as you do. We did get a great MAC counter a few months ago. We are blessed with an amazing MAC team. I love all the SA's.
Cavewoman and I missed that kick a** BBW sale because the Beachwood store in Cleveland flooded. There might be Fresh palettes still floating in there. Damn health department and safety officals.
I hope when they reopen the stuff is still there.
*crosses fingers*
