Blogdorf Goodman is a mishmash of beauty product reviews, musings on fashion and swooning over fragrances.

The Emmys were interesting tonight. I saw some lovely accessories. I loved the clutches and was blown away by Sandra Oh's use of chains with vintage diamonds. The dresses did not slay me. The best dressed were Heidi Klum and Katherine Heigl. They were glowing and picture perfect.
The worst would be Ellen Pompeo. I really do not know where to start. So I am just going to leave it at that. I will let the other bloggers and Joan Rivers take care of her.
What has happened to Debra Messing? She was a fashion plate at one time. Now she seems to be phoning it in. She looked lovely but that dress did her no favors.

It was all about the sexpot and the vavoom.
Katherine Heigl has never looked better. The fit and color were perfection. It was like a Charlize Theron moment.
Tyra rarely disappoints when it comes to the red carpet. She knows what works for her body and what will photograph well.

So tell me your favorites for best and worst dressed.
Who do you think dazzled?
Who do you think tanked?

You are right about Klum. She looks like a goddess. If you get a sec, can you post a Debra Messing pic? I can't keep up with all the Emmy madness! Loved your Armani Code post, and info about Malle. This blog gets better and better all the time.

She is blissfully happy and it shows. Klum looked gorgeous!
I posted a picture of Messing and others for you.

Thanks for the kind words. I work hard at getting better.

Personally, my favorite was Jenna Fischer from The Office. It was such a stunning transformation from frumpy Pam. She looked beautiful!

Klum in red! Vavavoom, she looked gorgeous! She just radiates happiness, too. Runway was robbed of the Emmy.

loved Heidi Klum's look/dress! Debra Messing is too pale for that dress and it doesn't really work w/her figure. thanks so much for posting all the pics--I didn't watch the show. wish Kyra Sedgwick's dress wasn't so floofy!

cheers, sara

Sandra Oh's necklaces are so much more chic than accessories usually get at award shows, and I love that blue on her. I need to see the whole outfit. Please get me a pic of the whole outfit.

Actually, I loved Debra Messing's dress. I thought it looked beautiful in a pure and clean sort of way...

Totally agree about Ellen Pompeo - she always looks dirty / greasy.
Klum....she is just too beautiful...

Heidi's hair was awesome! And she was stunning. I really didn't have a favorite this year. Saw a lot of slip ups though (Vanessa Minnillo, Paula Abdul) and Eva Longoria's dress looked too big on her to me.
