Rock the Gloss Challenge for Wednesday August 23rd 2006:
I am wearing Estee Lauder's Spiced Amber and Amber Blush lipsticks from the new Tom Ford Nude collection that will be launched in September.
The spiced amber is light ice tea color.
The Amber Blush is a pink based nude that is shimmery.
I finished the lippie with one of my favorite Lauder High Glosses in Ivory. I am addicted to the High Glosses.
They give a lovely sheen and smell heavenly.

Ooh, you lucky girl, you've got pre-release Tom Ford makeup. Tell.
I'm torn between my new L'Oreal H.I.P. gloss in Dreamer (an intensely shimmery neutral rose) or my new Iman gloss in Hypnotic (a sheer dark purple with golden sparkle). I splurged at the drugstore while I was waiting for a prescription to be filled.
I'm tempted by the Amber Rose lipstick in that new Tom Ford collection! The previous offerings have been just a little *too* nude for my skintone.
Today I'm wearing Clarins Colour Quench Lip Balm in #15, which is a sheer berry with much more sparkle than I expected!

I'm wore the YSL golden gloss in #5 today (copper). I love it. A little birdy told me those glosses were good! ;-)
Today I am wearing the black gloss from my City Lites by Avaco palette. It's not really black, just shimmer. But it's darker than the pink ones, for instance. I applied it with the little lip brush it came with, and topped with the clear gloss from my Caboodles Dynamic Duo, in the center of my lips. If you are going for full, shimmery, mirror-like lips, try this!
Mary Kay Almond Glaze. I know it's Mary Kay, but honestly, it's nice and light and not the least bit sticky.
P.S. My Mary Kay rep is a 64 year-old guy...isn't that a hoot?!

Spoke to an Estee Lauder SA today & she implied that they would be bringing back the Tom Ford Azuree oil. Anyone else heard this?

Today I wore Estee Lauder Pure Color Long-lasting lipstick in 'Hot Kiss' - a wine color with a hint of brown and a glaze finish, not too shiny and very flattering.
Griff, I must try 'Black Lily'! Sounds fabu!
Ooooh, Tom Ford makeup. I was psyched when I saw it on Beauty Addict. We still don't have that in our corner of the world, though...
Today is a happy day, so I'm going to wear the Maybelline Jelly Gloss in Strawberry over the Jordana Easyliner for Lips in Tawny.
Tbone: I love Iman and wish she was more easily available. I also wish she would expand her line.
Tussah: I have not heard anything but that there is talk of a Azuree oil based fragrance. I would personally give Tom Ford whatever he wants at this point. He is churning out winners.
