Rock the Gloss Challenge for Thursday September 28th 2006:
I am wearing Christian Breton lipstick in "Its Me!". This is a great standard red that is neither blue or orange based. Its greatest feature is the silky smooth texture. Many lipsticks proclaim this characteritsic but few deliver. It feels gorgeous!
It is available at Bergdorf Goodman. Which brings me to a hot topic....the beauty event is going on Today. I am trying to avoid it but I might cave.
It is $25 dollars off of a $100 purchase. So if you have been stalling on a JAR fragrance or want to buy a few good lipsticks from Christian Breton...this is a great time for a splurge.

Today I am wearing Victoria's Secret Very Sexy lip gloss in Hottie. I don't do much shopping at VS, because I don't enjoy their overall concept (although their TV ads do make me laugh hilariously!). However, I couldn't resist a coupon for a free trial-size gloss, and it's actually a good product, despite the ridiculous name!
I am looking particularly hot today in Zovirax:( Annie you tempt me with the bergdorf offer, but I am holding out for tomorrow.

I forgot that poll was today, and like stanzi, I reached for the Victoria's Secret... the Beauty Rush... I think it is Coconut Craze or some such nonsense and this only proves my lack of judgement when I purchased it, but I too agree it is not bad, although bogged down by ridiculous marketing and brand identity.
Ladies Please!! why are we giving our hard-earned dollars to Victoria's Secret when so many of us find their marketing and advertising offensive.
Let's shop elsewhere. It's not difficult to find good lip gloss!!
