Lipstick Blues: Behnaz by Lancome
Style.com has featured the sold out limited edition Behnaz liptsick from Lancome. I feel like they are personally mocking us.
It's only fitting, then, that Sarafpour has teamed up with beauty wizard Gucci Westman to create the perfect poppy shade for Westman's Lancôme Color Design Pout-à-Porter lipstick line.
The color, simply called Behnaz, is so delicious, we just had to kiss and tell.
"We have the perfect red lippie...and you will never get your hands on it."

Sorry to be late to the party, but has anyone mentioned Lip Venom yet, or have you flogged that one to death many posts ago? I don't mind it, but I am sure it's not one of the greatest glosses out there.

Oh, that drives me nuts! I've been on a quest for a gloss that I love but seems to be discontinued. I'd probably cry if I saw it featured at Style!

Looks like one of Chanel's reds to me, too--specifically one I bought once with Victoria. We are made so we can love more than one man in a lifetime, and so we can certainly find another poppy-red lipstick to love. 500 made only, and came with a t-shirt? Annie, this is like the sorority that won't let in the plebian chics. The hell with 'em, I say!

There are other poppy red lipsticks in the sea...they might not be inspired by Behnaz, or created by Westman or come with a snazzy tshirt...but I will learn to love it.
