Hi dear! I love your blog and have a semi-weird query. I saw your post on Jessica Simpson's coat today and was wondering if you'd know the designer of Mischa's coat in the attached pic. I'm going crazy trying to figure it out and I love it to death. Any idea? Thanks! Priya

Well, she does have a contract with Bebe...try their website.
She does a lot of work for some Australian designers - and seems to wear them a lot.

Looks like either Nanette Lepore or Robert Rodgriguez to me.
Okay, I don't know who the real designer is, but I will offer up the knowledge that Target has a very close coat that I saw there yesterday. Same color, same fabric, same sleeves, same fit, and same length....the only difference is the formation of the buttons and the buttons themselves. I believe it was either 30 or 40 bucks. So obviously, you would rather find hers but if you can't, this one is a very reasonable substitute.

That is absolutely adorable, I hope you track it down. But lordy, I am sick unto death of this girl. Does she DO anything besides shop & go to fashion shows? Or does she exist only to be photographed?
