90% sure she's wearing vamp. i myself am wearing lippmann's rehab. like, 6 coats of it.

I assumed it was Vamp, too, but I think Vamp is a little bit darker than that.
I'm in Indigo too. I love it.
I'm wearing OPI "My Chihuaha Bites." When I was getting them painted she said it's a very summery color, as though it was odd, but I love love love it as a contrast to all the muted shades I've been wearing now that it's cooling off.
I don't know which she is wearing but it looks fantastic on her!
