Hi, Annie. I've been using MAC Studio Fix for years and it does the trick. But I shouldn't really talk as it's beginning to ball over my primer of choice (Clinique Pore Minimizer), so I'm on the look out for a new one, too. Tossing up between Becca and Prescriptives Custom Blend.
Fragrance: Guerlain Mitsouko. I'm old fashioned; it's the only one I use.
Nails: Bit of Aesop Resurrection balm on the cuticles. I haven't had time to do my nails in weeks.
Lips: Bloom Lip Plump.
Eyes: Wee bit of Clinique High Impact mascara.

Hi. I am mad for Bobbi Brown's Corrector. I put it on a hydrated eye then pat it in. Then I pull my powder or foundation or whatever I'm wearing that day over it. Voila!
PS: You don't need the concealer and powder they'll tell you it "a necessity". :)

For bags under the eyes I use Yuroll massager, I keep it in the fridge cause jade warms up pretty quickly. Try also 2 cold teaspoons. Bags under the eyes are liquid retention, allthough, I'm not quite sure why they are often accompanied by dark circles since they are associated with dihydration. Anyway, you need a massage not a product. Majority of "dark circle" creams are simply high in reflective particles so it's all a trick of light rather than a solution. Try brushing a tiniest amount of lilac toned cream coloured eyeshadow with no or very little shimmer just under the eyes all the way to the bone, does the same thing.
Loving the blog. Too dangerous though as some of the products you made me desperate for are not available in UK.
