Anne Hathaway in Marchesa

This most likely will be my pick for best dressed of the evening.
She has never looked so beautiful and flawless.

That lovely, flowing ponytail -- young, alluring, such a relief after years of boring updos on even the youngest girls at the Oscars. Penelope Cruz had the 2nd best hair I think.
