Threeasfour Fall RTW 2008 Collection
It was just breathtakingly cool from the makeup to the clothes.
I love the matte rose lips to the unexpected pop of the electric blue eyelashes. The lashes mirrored the appearance of the bright blue dress and a off the shoulder top. The faces were very bold and powerful even though it was strangely feminine and soft.
I loved the entire collection. If I was living in NYC with money to spare for clothes, this is the collection I would be all over. I love the moody gray dress that looked like melted rubber frosting. I am sure it is soft as silk but the appearance was jaw dropping.
I did not post my thoughts during Spring fashion week due to my faulty computer and lack of time. I also was just not inspired. This year I can not make any promises but this show has my attention and lust.
I see Art Nouveau influences with it's graceful swirls and curls. I get some modern Aubrey Beardsley.

I'm really drawn to those blue lashes -- I don't know why! What an interesting choice of a color-pop -- the lashes, not the lids or the lips.
