Nars Yachiyo Brush

I have been using this brush for powder dusting and slight highlighting. The head is dome shaped and it is constructed from goat hair. It is soft as silk and manages to hold onto every powder kernel.
The handle is hand-spun with black wisteria.
I love that it is functional while being so damn lovely. It is priced at $50 and is available at your local Nars counter.

Hi Annie, What does this brush do that the Ita & Ita Kabuki does not? I've been thinking of getting this brush, please let me know.

Does this brush shed? I own two Ita brushes from the Nars Artisan collection and they both shed.

I like the original ITA brush but how on earth do you wash this brush with a handle like that?

IDK about the NARS' version, but the original Yachiyo-hake has a lacquered finish on the handle, and is, incidentally, very easy to clean and maintain. It dries much more quickly than any of my other brushes, btw.

It's a beautiful piece, but I am not sure, is it worth $50? Has anyone else ever used it?

NARS is wonderful for brushes, sadly I don't own any as of yet because I find them ridiculously priced. Especially here in the UK!
