The blue and turquoise smoky eye was created by Pat McGrath.
I love when artists give us a new interpetation to the smoky eye. This might not be daytime or work friendly but it is fun and quite stunning. This look is from CoverGirl's palettes and is currently available at your local drugstore. No waiting and lemming till spring or stalking Specktra for details.

I do like the fruit explotion palette, and the pigmentation is good according this is a drugstorebrand.
What is the name of those Cover Girl palettes? Has anyone one tried it yet?

The top palette is called Tropical Fusion. Pat McGrath is definetly a genius because I have Tropical Fusion and pigmentation to me is horrible. And she did that eye with the palette?

I was just glaring at those palettes yesterday at CVS. It's the LAST thing my wallet needs.
What I don't get in that palette is where on earth does the orange come in? It's very...orange. lol.
It looks sublime on. Trust me.
