When Annie and Patti invited us to contribute to a “Forty Days of Lip Service” theme, the wheels immediately started turning in my head. I was thinking about products to review, but also about my favorite lipstick-related images in art, advertising, pop culture, etc., so I asked Annie whether she’d like me to write down some of my thoughts about those pictures.
