I have been spending the last few days sleeping and playing in the archives of two pretty fab blogs. The first one is the amazing Style Bubble.
http://stylebubble.typepad.com/style_bubble/
This blog is incredible. Truly one of the best fashion based blogs out there.
The other is The Sartorialist.
http://thesartorialist.blogspot.com/
I devoured his archives last weekend. A must read for the dandy gentleman with some fashion flair. I was instantly in love with his site.
I also have started to wear my spring/summer scents. Today I wore Susanne Lang's Black Orchid with Red Ginger. The combo is a vanilla floral with a ginger punch.
Susanne Lang is available at Saks(call Elson in NYC) or Luckyscent

According to Fashion Wire Daily there will be a Balenciaga retrospective in Paris at the Museum of Decorative Arts . The show will be entitled "Balenciaga Paris" and will run from July 6 to January 28, 2007. If you needed one more reason to visit Paris.....
The Anglomania show at the NYC MET will start May 3rd and run through September 4th.

Well some of my favorite blogs are already on your sidebar, so I'll mention ... oops even as I'm about to post, I check and see it's there!!
Anyway I love browsing SHOES AS IDEA and dreaming of having the wall space to display such beauties.

My favorite blog has to be fashionologie. The girl sounds like someone I could be friends with. The newest blog I've found is actually a tie between theblackberrie.blogspot.com and theonlycure-quarterlifecrisis.blogspot.com. I really like both of them. The first is a sort of celebrity-based one by incredibly grounded ladies. The second one is about someone who loves fashion and is recently out of college. Both are very witty.
OK, Annie, come on. You, me, let's go to Paris. Balenciaga retrospective. Please.
My photoblogging my wardrobe puts the Sartorlistklashjdfl;asdf - too lazy to spell check - and Style Bubble to shame.
TO SHAME.
Think vintage mink and tons of other wearable dead animals, reconstructed vintage, 6" plastic hooker heels, and more.
Plus I've written for WWD, SHOPETC.com, Yahoo! News, FWD, Apparel News...
Yes, name dropping equals authority equals you must check out my site, www.KRiSTOPHERDUKES.com.
I should stop drinking soy lattes after 8 pm.

Thank you for mentioning my blog! Very chuffed indeed....
A compliment from an established and well-known blogger such as yourself is much appreciated!
Tessa: I love fashionologie as well....the stuff she finds is amazing.
Kristopher Dukes: Your blog is fantastico and to compare mine with your's would be silly because mine is just a makeshift blog written by someone who works in digital advertising, making schmoozy calls and who can't spell properly whereas you're an ACTUAL bona fide journalist.
Ooh, I bookmarked the Sartorialist. I love that style-on-the-street stuff. Like the Japanese mag Fruits. He's got a great eye, too. Thanks for the tip!
Hi V: Are there any new perfume blogs out there? I am always looking for new ones.
Tess: I just checked out both suggestions. Really loved blackberrie. It was great to read an honest write up about the stores in LA.
Tania: Deal!
BTW: I am going to order the carnal flower on monday.
KD: You also have an amazing and well done blog. You truly have no need to be harsh about others.
Style Bubble: You have an incredible site and put us all to shame. I was an instant fan from the very first click. I was very smitten with your template and Chanel quote!
Tania: He visits Bergdorfs often so I am on the lookout for a picture of Mr Tom Crutchfield. I almost tempted to contact him for suggestions of other dandy NYC men. He needs pictures of Tyler,Mr John Henry and Laurice's driver!!!!!!
My faves are already on your sidebar, too, and the others have commented here.
I won't, however, visit Kristopher Dukes, because really, it's he who is put to shame.
Here's a couple new perfume ones:

J: Hey stranger!
BTW: I am in love with your pug. Are they not the best doggies? I miss my Pandora. She was the most lovely pug. She adored eating peaches and apples. She was a riot. Enjoy your new fur baby J!!!
V: Thanks for the suggestions. I am also on the lookout for new ones.
