There are new giveaways this week at Coutorture. My personal favorite is How to be a Budget Fashionista by Katherine Finney that comes with a gift certificate at Shoe Buy. I am currently reading this helpful guide to get some pointers on how to better my shopping game. She has taught this "old dog some new tricks" when it comes to shopping. Her lessons were thrown out the window when I visited Chicago though.
