No guesses on the silver-gold, just stopped by to say I love your blog! Specially the nail polish series!! I've been in love with OPI's Mrs O'Leary BBQ, nice dark red. P.S. just bought Rumeur by Lanvin, did you happen to have reviewed that? I liked it a LOT. bye now!
Mi: Thank You! The BBQ nailpolish is a fantastic red. I think OPI makes the best reds. I did try Rumeur and thought it was pretty good. I tried it at our local Saks.
Not a Fashion victim: I like it too. Any recs for a true silver color?
Maaaaybe Lagoon and Gold Soft Touch eyeshadows....applied wet? There is a new silver Soft Touch coming out, but it is part of Holiday. It's supposed to be more shimmery than Silvery. Or a new cream product we haven't seen yet?

My guess would be pigments. MAC has some amazing pigments that look just like that.
Anon: I thought about playing with my Gold Dusk(MAC) pigment but I have never tried to use it wet.
Flor: I was leaning toward MAC but I have never seen a silver. I need to do some research on the MAC boards to see what is out there.
