This beauty is called Wishing on a Star by Misa.

More shimmer power than OPI's Black Satin. In fact it appears to have "more oomph" with its silver microglitter that shimmers like a disco ball.
Interesting fact: With all the shimmer magnificence...there is no grit. Application is smooth and shiny with no mess.

The anons: The reviews on MUA's nail boards are highly positive. These gals know their polishes.
