MAC's Smoked Palette
Malt is a matte peachy beige color.
Vex is a frosted vanilla with opal tones. If your MAC Vanilla and Pink Opal pigments mated and had a baby...it would be christianed Vex.
Satin Taupe is a classic taupe color with some sheen. There is a little purple vibe going on with it too.
Club is a brownish green smoky shade. Reminds me of a gasoline puddle. It is GORGEOUS and worth the purchase of the palette alone.
Gentle Fume is a silver with impressive shimmer. It has very fine microglitters. This is unlike anything I own.
Black Tied is a black shade with silver shimmer.
This palette is one of the best that MAC has ever produced.

I just got this last week---the colors are all gorgeous! I have played around with different combinations every day since I got it. Don't be scared off by the shimmer in the shades---it is very subtle. I can't wait for my husband's Christmas party to do the full-on smoky eye!
Everyone needs this one. Beautiful inside and out and worthy of all the praise it's gotten. How often do you find sufficiently dramatic neutrals? This one's a winner.
Thank you for posting these photos! I hate looking at the photos on the MAC site, they're never true to life. However, these shadows look beautiful! I'll have to look into it this weekend :)

The colors look very bold and a bit scary at first, until you start to play with them.
I agree that this is probably the best MAC eyeshadow palette EVER!
i've already gone out and bought the compact!! go snag one before they sell out!!!

Did you get your SL Fumerie Turque at Barney's or where? I heard that it is making a brief appearance in the export line, but not sure where to get some from. Along with Chergui, it is my fav. SL frag.

It's a great palette, but all of the colours have been regulars on the MAC e/s line, so they're nothing new and most people probably already ahve them.
