Lead make-up artist at NARS, James Boehmer, was the brains behind the dreamy metallic eyes. So lovely and a bit gritty in a glamorous cinema verite way. The geniuses at NARS developed this eye shadow for their 2007 holiday collection, which contains a lot of grit and texture.
