Page 46: Products used on Liv Tyler for the cover were listed as:

Page 94 Christiane Celle from Calypso lists Nina Ricci's L'Air du Temps, Serge Lutens Fleur d'Oranger and Frederic Malle's Lys Mediterranee as her favorite fragrances.
Page 139 Several makeup artists suggest beauty products that are sexy. Some of the tips make you want to run to your local Sephora and stock up.
Others make you scratch your head.
Charlotte Tilbury suggests not washing your mascara and eyeliner off completely. Tilbury states "It becomes all smudgy and lived-in and looks so sexy."
Seriously?
I just use my smudge brush from Sephora.
I get the same result without the gross out factor.
Pati Dubroff suggests using a brightening serum every night to build up a glow. She also suggests Laura Mercier's Illuminating Stick in Golden Rose Glow on the apples of the cheeks for a glow more natural than powder.
Charlotte Tilbury suggests a lipstains for a more inviting lip look. She suggests Benefit's Benetint and Stila's Lip Rouge. She says "It should look like you polished off a Popsicle."
Nail Polishes were suggested in this article. Sally Hansen Salon Nail Lacquer in Back to the Fuchsia, Rescue Beauty Lounge Nail Polish in Coral, and Essie's Wife Goes On. The Essie is a great cherry red color.
Essie Weingarten states that "Bold nails look best when they shine and sparkle."
She is clearly a gal after my own heart.
On page 150 one of my dreams finally came true. They photographed Dick Page's makeup stash.
I am a big fan.
So big that if he and Brad Pitt were in the same room...I would be making a fuss over Dick.
Brad's beauty would not deter me.
I will be gushing over Mr Page and asking him to autograph my compact.

annie, have not tried shu's hair treatment - but as i am obsessed with the line and my ma, i am going to visit her this weekend and get the details. i will CERTAINLY report back!
I haven't done my indepth reading yet BUT I HATE the cover shot and I LOVE Liv Tyler!! It's not the smokey eye -- it's the art direction! Cutting off most of the top with the thick bangs just makes it look like she has skinny little dark circles under her eyes. Seriously, I thought it was wretched and an amateurish art direction mistake (I have no idea about the art direction, of course :) so I freely toss about this criticism but seriously.).
Pati Dubroff is right about Laura Mercier's Illuminating Stick in Golden Rose Glow. This is simply amazing, I don't understand why it doesn't get more raves.
I wonder why they're (allure - that is) decides to talk about Inoui ID now! A couple years a bit too late I thought!
Girl: Let me know!!!!!!!!!
We were going to get a local Shu counter(at Saks) but they decided to pass. I was crushed.
GG: LOL
I thought Liv looked amazing in her bikini shot. She transformed her body.
Anon: I am sooooooo going to check this out soon.
Cewek: It was all the stuff that was in Dick Page's makeup bag. I was excited to see the Tom Ford bronzer in there. That made me treasure and love mine more.
Putting eyeliner on before you go to bed really does look awesome in the morning in a way i have never gotten my smudge brush (well... sponge? tool? yes, smudge tool haha) to duplicate. i usually wash my face and apply clean liner to top and bottom then go to sleep. i don't really see how its gross as long as you keep your liner clean and sharpened.
I love the case that has all the eyeshadows in it. Great storage idea, but who makes these? Any ideas?
I wish the blonde photos of Liv were on the front cover. Hard to believe Liv had a kid-I can't tell the difference. I loved the feature article about the neck, I just finished reading, "I fell bad about my neck".
