Lancôme Color Fever Lipstick in P.S. Kiss
The inspiration ranged from the incredible beauty of an orchid and John Singer Sargent paintings. This lippie looks truly gorgeous with it's deep red color and pops of pink and orange.
The waiting list begins September 1st.
P.S. Kiss will be available in limited quantities exclusively at Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Lancôme’s five U.S. boutiques and lancôme-usa.com with a suggested retail price of $24.
The collaboration process between Gucci and Peter began a month before New York Fashion Week in January, at Peter’s design studio. They poured over Peter’s inspiration board as Gucci began mixing pigments together on the spot, creating the perfect shade to complement his collection. “My fall collection was all about rich textures and deep saturated colors – P.S. Kiss is the perfect bold stroke to go with the clothes, but it is still elegant and easy,” says Peter. Backstage at Bryant Park on the day of the show, Gucci and her team painted P.S. Kiss onto the lips of Coco Rocha, Chanel Iman, Jessica Stam and the other top models walking in Peter’s show. “Peter is such a gentleman and he’s so talented, so the process was really delightful,” says Gucci. “I think the color we came up with is reflective of his clothes—modern and sophisticated, and very pretty.”
Pout-à-Porter is a celebration of Lancôme’s ongoing support of emerging designers. Each season, Lancôme works behind the scenes with the best design new talent around, including Proenza Schouler, Behnaz Sarafpour, Peter Som, Thakoon, Rag & Bone and Chris Benz. The first Pout-à-Porter lipstick was Behnaz (created for Behnaz Sarafpour’s Fall 2006 show), which sold out before stock even hit stores. The second, Proenza Pink, for Proenza Schouler in Spring 2007, also sold out and was declared a collector’s item by The New York Times.

The Lancome counter at the Nordstrom here in Downtown Chicago had no idea what I was talking about and said I should call Macys!
:(
That is alarming because that Nordstorm is a flagship.
I will try to do some detective work on this.
Do not give up Tiffany! We will find that darn waiting list.

I am sure this is a gorgeous lipstick but I hate that Lancome manipulates its customers this way. The "limited edition" thing is just for hype. We deserve better.
Annie and All -- Should I hold out any hope for being able to order it online? I'm no where near a Nordstrom or Bergdorf in Sept/Oct. Molly
This looks gorgeous but I have no confidence when it comes to wearing darker shades of lipstick. LMK what it looks like when you get your hands on it. I do love Lancome lipstick and think the lasting quality is one of the best around. I am a major lip biter and it last longer than any other.
wow your products are good..I want to go for high heels like this,i feel uncomfortable with my shortness.I thinks you will help me
I could not find this lipstick waitlist anywhere
Lynnie: It will be available at Nordstorm, Bergdorf Goodman and Lancome boutiques.
Let me know which Nordstorm you tried.
Cewek: Have you tried the boutiques yet? They might be able to send it to you. I am going to guess that Bergdorf's shipping will be very pricey.
I hope you are able to score a CP on MUA.
***crosses fingers for you***
Molly: Try calling Bergdorf or the boutiques. I am sure that they would be willing to mail it to you once it is launched. Bergdorf is very good about this.
It's on the lancome website now. Check it out!! www.lancome.com.
