Directions for the look straight from Romero:

Pump up lashes top and bottom with 2 coats of prep and prime mascara

Then add one heavy winter coat of Plushlash mascara in Plushblack.

Add the #7 lashes and cut into fine pieces and place on the top lashes!

The skin was primed with Prep + Prime Skin and polished with a sheer coat of Moistureblend Foundation(NC42, NC43 and NW45 ) that is highlighted with Moisturelush Eye Cream and contoured Matte Bronzer!

Shadows were pumped up with Creme de Violet used as a liner/shadow under eye while Saddle and Black Tied shadows frames the eye!

The lippie was Mellow Mood layered with Major Minor lipglass. Both these lippies hail from the Electro Flash collection. My favorite local MAC MA raved about the power of Mellow Mood. She layered hers with Sonic Vibe lipglass. I loved the look on her so much that I caved on the lip glass.

Keri Hilson is slated to be the next big thing. She is a songwriter who has penned hits for Britney Spears, The Pussycat Dolls, Usher and Timbaland. Keri is also the girl who is the love interest in the music video, Love in this Club by Usher. She will be on TRL on today promoting her own album! Check out her video below.
