I Got The Magic Stick
Lumene Time Freeze Instant Cooling Stick
Yesterday was rough.
I got home from work and just had a weeping spell.
Afterwards my eyes felt like sandpaper and grit.
I went through my testing drawer and grabbed the Lumene Stick. The box promises "instant relief for tired and stressed eyes".
It literally felt like this:
The eye stick is very deodorant-like in texture, style and application. It is very hydrating and deflates puffy eyes. I can not attest to the product's long term effects. According to the box it reduces lines and wrinkles, diminishes dark circles, promotes firmer skin, provides moisture and helps prevent future signs of aging.
I can proclaim that it is like Vicine for the skin under the eye. The main ingredient is "Arctic heather." Heather is used for it's anti-inflammatory properties along with combating skin aging issues.
My skin was soothed the moment I rubbed it on. The cooling action was relaxing and far from Ohio winter winds. My skin felt firmer. All evidence of a good cry was erased including the headache.
I think there is a risk of over application. I found myself reaching for it and applying it all over the lid.
I did not have any negative reaction...except to apply it more.
This could be addictive.
It is available at CVS this week for $17.59. The regular retail price is around $22. The size of the tube is 0.17 oz. The tube might look fairly petite for the coin.
I can vouch that it is worth it.
It provides instant relief and feels like a mini-spa experience.

Sounds like a fabulous product! I may have to get it - I'm having a baby in a few weeks and that would be a nice post-partum treat for my hospital bag.
I'm sorry to hear about your rough day, hope today's better! The Lumene stick sounds really cool though. Will have to check it out the next time I'm at CVS.
This sounds like a product I need! I'll have to pop into a CVS soon. Thanks for the review.
I hope today is better than yesterday for you!
Hah! Love Lil Kim ;) Sorry to hear about your day, I hope today is much improved.
This sounds great. I had a Vichy Stick similar to this and loved it. So now I must scope it out at CVS. Love products like this. So easy to use and we all need that .
Feel better, hopefully you'll have a great weekend to lift your spirits:)))
oh my, sounds great! I've also had luck with blotting weeping eyes with a moistened tea bag :D

I love this stuff & have been using it for more than a year! I apply under the eye regularly, but if I've had a rough night and wake up puffy, I do the eyelid too & am none the worse for wear. It also (I think) helps concealer go on more evenly and not creep into lines or get that chalky look. It's a little miracle stick, it really is.
aww, sweetie. TGIF. And the product sounds fabulous. xoxo
That sounds amazing! I'm glad it was able to give you a little pick me up after the weeping spell, those days are so sucky. Love the little York pattie clip you added to. I should go check it out at CVS before the sale ends. Thanks!

Good Lord. What happened to refrigerated eye masks? Do we really need an eye stick thing? I guess as long as people will buy, companies will keep coming up with new products for them to buy.
This seems to be the right product for my eye bag. Thanks for sharing.
Found at Ulta in clearance
section: 1/2 price - $9.99.
Haven't tried it yet, but it
sounds promising.
What brand is this?? Went into CVS with a picture I printed but still couldn't find it....
Michele: It is Lumene
Shana: But this is a great quick fix. Great for traveling too.
