7 Inspired Comments:
LOL. I thought the L'Oreal Roller Foundation looked ridiculous when I first saw it too. Sadly in one of my Targets, the item got sold out in a day.
CVS looks like it is having a huge beauty sale as well. I stopped by the other day and saw that a lot of cosmetics (HIP eyeshadows, Milani quads, almost all Rimmel, etc.) were 75% off. I would recommend getting the L'oreal HIP eyeshadows at least - the color payoff is MAC-worthy.
I do agree about the roller foundation. It looks like a REALLY goofy gimmick.
I know Jamilla over at makeupforprofessionalasianwomen.com has reviewed the TM Roller foundation. It got a decent review. It just looks gimmicky and a pain to use for me. I am interested in the lash boosting serum and mascara though.
my blogger buddy Charu of butterflydairy.com did a post on the L'Oreal roller. She liked the foundation, not the roller and ended up using her fingers. I imagine we would all end up thinking the same thing. A sponge roller seems very odd, but I have yet to try it.
Thanks for recs on the reviews about the L'Oreal roller. I will check them out!
It looks so silly and unattractive. Tools need to be either luxe or cool looking. I realize we are "painting" our face...but I rather have a beautiful brush or a neon foam egg-like sponge...than a roller.
It makes it more of a chore than being fun or transforming...if that makes any sense.
I might need more coffee.
Sorry for no review today. I am working on a review for Revlon's Photoready. It is a struggle...dear readers. This is a complicated. Not enough information out there with lackluster results. My goal is to publish it tomorrow. Best of 2009 list will be at the end of the week.
How do you even apply that roller foundation? I'm tempted to buy it just because I want to try it on. :)
i did purchase and used this roller foundation.
It was hideous it showed every flaw i ever had and more.
i returned it promptly.
