Patti(Cavewoman) and I are going shopping on Thursday. Hopefully I will have a decent shopping report on friday. We are going to check out the new MAC line and try to find other goodies. I am on a hunt for basic sandals, gumball bead necklaces(the challenge) and sleeveless tops to wear under suit jackets. Wish us luck! We will be hitting the T J Maxx where we found the Chanel. Have a great Wednesday night! Posted by Hello

Have a great time ladies, can't wait to hear what you find! I didn't think much of the new MAC fragrances, but they have had some good reviews.

I am excited!

Good thing for my wallet that our teeny Sephora does not have too many of the cute brands I am lemming!

Have lots of fun and bring back lots of goodies.

MAC has some interesting new looks, especially for the eyes out this time of year.

Annie is the uber-shopper and she always keeps me from making mistakes in purchasing! I loved a new Stila lipstick and she reminded me that they turn rancid too fast and I have vowed never to buy another one!
We started at the TJMaxx where I found some summer sandals that are stylish and comfy at the same time (how rare is that!). Annie found an adorable teeny cabinet for her decant collection.
Then to Beachwood Place. At Nordstrom we passed on all MAC items. I found some cute flats on sale, and Annie continued her search for the perfect gumball necklace, which continues to elude her. We tried a few fragrances and I caved on two, these are called Par Amour by Clarins, one for a Mom and one for the daughter. Based on rose, the adult version has a woodsy drydown and the child version has grapefruit. Both lovely on me. We also fell insanely in love with Stella Cadente and got samples from Denise, our favorite CFSS at that store.
On to Bath & Body where the sharp-eyed Annie grabbed the last bottle of the Violet shower gel. I hide my jealousy and congratulate her for being the sharpest shopper in the world! She did well there, and I had made my B&BW haul here in town last week.
Saks was not busy, and Annie encouraged me to cave on a cute Dior blush. We tried the new Dior green lipgloss and pronounced it to be a worthy purchase, possibly in the future.
At Sephora, the amazing Annie discovered great little BeneFit glitters, in these teeny cute jars, and we caved, the both of us. She decided on a Nars lipstick that looks great on her, and I lingered over the bottles of Stacked Style. I must have the entire collection, I love them all.

We had lunch at the food court, great salads. Annie says this particular food place has the best ranch dressing. I chose the oriental plum. Yum! We sipped on Diet Coke With Lime as we walked and shopped. Dinner here in Y-town, at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants!

What a lovely day with Annie! She is the Supreme Shopper and at twenty or so years older than her, I have much to learn!

Thanks for a super day, Annie!

Woo-hoo! I shop vicariously through you gals. Thanks for the report, Patti! Wish I was there. (Or that you were here.) I have to keep an eye out for a perfect gumball necklace for Annie. You guys have also awakened a curiosity in me: green lipgloss? From Dior? Must see this, if not to buy, at least to test and know what on earth it looks like.

I loved this too! So many products, so little time! And you two sound like you are good for each other: doubleteaming the SAs!
xoxoxo

I forgot about that Dior gloss! I loved the color but hated the sticky consistency. I loved the yellow gloss at Sephora. What was the brand again?

Annie, that was Bourjois. I am placing a Sephora order and will grab one for ya!
