Ooooooohhhhhh! I need to have these...and I need some great textured tights to wear with them, and cute skirts...I think I can build a wardrobe around these boots!
The only place I can think of is the Anna Sui boutique in NYC.
I would describe them as the best cowboy boots ever....with a lacy effect.
They are fab boots and deserved to be owned by both of you.
