Whatever it was it was a tad all over the place. I don't know if the make up artist added a little gloss to it at the end but if you look at bigger close up photos of her face her lipstick/gloss-ed mouth was all over the place. It looked messy up close which is why I'm surprised it looked ok from far away.
It's a lovely color, but like the entire look, it just didn't work for her. I think that this shade of red requires pale, flawless complexion, which Cameron isn't exactly known for. The over-blushing might have been an attempt in cover-up.
To me it looks like MAC Crimson Lipmix with lipgloss for shine. This would probably last the longest and not feather out into any lines. Otherwise it could be Chanel Fire..

Do you have any ideas of what color it could be?
I agree that the blush really could have been toned down. I love the color of the lipstick.

My guess? MAC Russian Red. It's that perfect, bright almost blue-red color, and it's what was used on the catwalk for some spring 2007 collections.
It's hard to tell from a picture sometimes, but it looks like my Armani Lip Silk #10.
